
Basic Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes chopped
- 4 oz can diced green chiles drained
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine in a medium bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
