  • 2 cartons cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 tablespoon red onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  • Mix all together ingredients, except the sugar. Add sugar to desired flavor.
  • Serve chilled or room temperature.
  • Makes 3 cups.
