Dates are a great source of fiber and can help relieve constipation. They contain many vitamins and minerals. Pecans are rich in antioxidants and contain more than 19 vitamins and minerals. Let’s not forget the superfood coconut, making this delight a health-enriching treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • dash of Himalayan salt
  • shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place the first four ingredients into a blender.
  • Process on low until it begins to look like a paste.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Roll balls in the shredded coconut.
  • Chill and serve.
  • Don't be afraid to change it up with different kinds of nuts, seeds, or whatever you have on hand.
